Cygnets Art School is based on Douglas Street in Milngavie town centre. The art school holds weekly workshops for children and specialises in traditional art skills including drawing, painting and sculpture, with classes designed to develop both artistic ability and confidence.
The children’s workshops are run by the lovely Laura, who creates sessions around different themes and uses traditional art materials to make each workshop fun and engaging. Children can follow along with the session, create their own artwork and then take their finished pieces home with them at the end.

Body & Mind Salon, which has been part of the local beauty scene for many years, has moved from its long-standing Station Road premises into a new beauty studio on Main Street.
