As a result of the merger between Holmes Mackillop and Campbell Riddell Breeze Paterson on 1st October 2021 the team are delighted to continue their legal services under their new name of Holmes Mackillop.
Richard, Alison, Carol and Melanie continue to be based at their offices at 21 Stewart Street, Milngavie. The team have invaluable in-house experience in relation to domestic and commercial conveyancing, leasing work and private client work including buying and selling houses, wills and powers of attorney.
Richard also has a wide range of experience including business, corporate and company matters such as partnership agreements, company formations, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, share purchase agreements and the law as it affects housing associations. Richard also acts as an advisor to certain lending institutions.
As a result of the merger, Holmes Mackillop are able to offer further services in relation to estate agency, corporate, company, employment, family, court, taxation, trust and estate matters.
Holmes Mackillop have further merged with Macfarlane & Co in Bishopbriggs in October 2022 so that as well as the offices in Milngavie there are now offices in Glasgow, Giffnock, Bishopbriggs, Johnstone and Prestwick
